Shortened recess front plate plinth

Well after getting my new RS4 a few weeks ago iv been looking for a us spec / plinth with a short recess but not been possible so far.
Well my log book came back today and me being impatient I got busy making my own. Had to finish a bit early so could do with a skim of filler and sanding over with a finer grit but here is where I got...

Thanks for that man, I'm not too sure either.
Still on the lookout for one but this is good enough for the time being

I'm not sure there is a number plate plinth available like the one you've made. Isn't the US spec one just smooth without any recess.

Yeah iv seen the smooth ones. But thought they did a shortened recess one (I could very easily be wrong) seen a couple but they could be custom jobs.
Would be nice to find a us spec avant boot now haha
