Sorry mike never saw this post for some reason. I'm normally on the brake/pad threads :)

I really rate the yellow stuff pads on the rs4. Didn't think much of them before on other cars but they really respond well on the rs for some reason. Cheap too.
Had DS2500's on the track Clio and wished I'd had anything else tbh. Utter rubbish. Before them we'd had CL RC6's and have now gone back to them. Like night and day. I'll never buy 2500's again tbh.

As mentioned above though get the fluid changed - it works mighty hard on a 1.75 ton car!

Speak to a personal friend of mine, Kev, from 'KAM Racing' - 01296 615895. Tell him Ross sent you and you should be able to get the front pads for £170.

I cant remember what the back pads are off the top of my head.

Www.kamracing.co.uk but he specialises in French cars so may not list others (but can supply obviously).

Or you can just buy them off Ebay for 166 quid and change.

I bought some rear yellows in anticipation of a track day on the Ring later this month they were something like 68 IIRC. (Not using them at the front but wanted something more temperature stable for the rear just to be on the safe side)
B7 RS4 saloon Misano red, comfy seats, JHM tune & JHM full exhaust with cats and resonators - gone.
C5 RS6 Avant Daytona/Cognac - gone.
981 Cayman GTS Gray/Orange.

I like a bricks & mortar store where there's comeback and customer service personally. For the sake of £4 anyway ;) Especially as you don't know how long something been sat on a shelf from some guy on eBay.
