This happens when the tyre tread is low or wheels need alignment.

The Michelin pilot3 that I've just fitted have transformed my avant, the Dunlops were terrible!

No Italian tune is far more effective, especially on full lock (in gear) :wink:

For a C5, Nankangditchfinders would be best.

That all depends on what brakes you'll be using.

Thanks for your help guys. I will get the alignment done first and take it from there. It happens on slow turns also, not just on full lock.

Mine scrubs on full lock, and i am guessing it is something to do with the car having drive to all four wheels, and there being a bit of fighting between the diffs etc.
2007 black RS4 saloon. Bilstein Coilovers, MRC Re-map, Miltek non resonated valved exhaust with de-cats, Gruppe-M carbon induction, JHM manifold spacers, Stage 2 manifold, cold air feed.

Alignment all checked today and it's all within tolerance.
I would assume it's definitely the tyres. Will burn through the current set and put some new rubber on in a few months
