Believe me, it'll be good fun. I have a house here and anything up to bumper level in winter tyres is good fun.

Deeper than that and you're a snowplough :-)

Greetings from Finland!

Here the winter is about to begin in the south..in the rest of Finland there is plenty of snow already.
I am still running on PSS types and have sold my old Nokian Hakkapeliitta R winter tires. I am still hesitating between
studded (Hakkapeliitta 8) and non studded (Hakkapeliitta R2) winter tyres in 19".

On my reg. document M+S size is 235/40-19 (B7 RS4) and would prefer them to be no wider than that. Well..soon the fun begins!

The first flakes fell as my little Fiesta's winter tyres were being put on in Cookstown, NI.

I'd booked the car in two weeks ago. I have to win some sort of meteorological prize for that!! :)

BTW... I have set of very tidy OEM RS4 wheels with 240km/h Pirelli Sottozeros 255/35r19 for sale ans deliverable to anywhere in the UK if anyone's interested! PM me. (Apols for the shameless plug, but now's the time... think of it as a public safety announcement and not an advert :P)

Doh! It's been in the parts section for a few weeks but easily missed. Yeah, I went to school with Mark and got an appropriately sized set off him yesterday afternoon.

Snowed in Cov last night. Might not be much but we haven't had snow this early in the year for a while.
Roads are clear.
