Anybody have an idea what it could be or better how to fix it?

Possibly a vac leak Dan: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.ph ... Stuck_Open

Just google any fault codes followed by Ross Tech and it should come up on their site, as per above.

There is a T shaped fitting beneath the '4.2' front carbon cover that is notorious for causing leaks. You can just about get to it with your fingers whilst everything is in situ. Just make sure all hoses are properly connected. Would seem the wrong part of the engine to be disturbed doing the clutch though, I would think. I'm not sure of the remaining hose routing, but see what you can see. Pretty sure there is a pDF guide floating around on here for the engine too, which should show the vacuum system.

Are you still getting it into MRC for a stage 2? If so, I would imagine they will sort quickly whilst taking your inlet off for any deflapping, etc.

That's great thanks Marc I'm taking into the garage in morning for its mot so I'll have a good look about and see if there's anything noticeable. Yea was planning on getting it to mrc for the works after the new year

I had to send mine on a flatbed to them so they could re-pressurise the DRC after a hose split whilst changing springs. I had a stage 2 added whilst it was there. I think you're going to like it!

Hopefully the inlet issue is just the vac system too.

I've got some kW coilovers waiting to go on when I get round to it just getting everything else up to scratch first, had the full front end painted with the rear bumper and it's looking mint now. Dropped it off for mot this morning and no light ha ha Sod's law but still going to have a look I think

Sounds like you are enhancing it further. it will probably roll more with just the coilovers, so you'll probably want updated ARB's. Lark speed have the H&R thick RS4 bars (listed as QB6 platform IIRC) for c.£350. 20mims per bar to fit.

Usually I think the lights come on after a certain number of counts of the problem, so it could be it's not repeated the issue if you've only driven it a short time this morning. I'd check it and if all looks ok, clear the code and monitor it. Have you got VCDS? If not, it's a sound investment.
