Hey all
Have booked the car in at Audi to get my black optics fitted & while it's there to get the mirrors painted. Car is Misano red so I thought I would have them the same colour as the bodywork but my wife has suggested black & I have also considered anthracite to match the alloys.
Just after opinions on what colour people think would look the smartest?
Any advice or answers welcome.

I'd go with gloss black mirrors and possibly black wheels too.

I hear what your both saying, but tbh don't really want to change my alloy colours as they are unmarked.

Just had mine done Titanium to match the alloys and I think it looks great but mine body is black, if red I would probably go with black!

I agree, black wheels on a black car is too much. But a red car with black optics would look good with black mirrors. Might even work with antracite wheels. How dark is the anthracite? I ask becuase I had my 19s done in anthracite and some others I've seen are much lighter than mine.

Misano always looks mean with black optics.

Personally I would make sure the collar match the cuffs though. Titanium wheels and mirrors or black wheels and mirrors.

And if you have the wheels done black please do the centres also , they look so unfinished left silver ! I striped mine as the outa section and rings just unclip



Not to every ones taste but I like it !! I'm going the same colour as the car for the mirrors.

I like the look of the gloss black alloys with the black centre caps, so am gonna bite the bullet & go gloss black mirrors with gloss black alloys. Thanks for the pics & opinions fellas, much appreciated even if it's now gonna cost me to get my alloys done.

I can get them done for £45 a wheel , they will be like new .

I spent £200 , had a tiny crack welded on the inside and 1 wheel had a buckle which was also fixed

Yeah I've got Ti coloured wheels so got the mirrors done the same! L8AU paint code.
