Rs4 Rear door badges

Hi all , can anyone help me and advise how to remove the rear RS4 badges from the doors ?

I managed to put some fine scratches on the paint with a credit card on an old car, so recommend the dental floss method. Hairdryer as mentioned helps too.

Removed the scratches with a scratch remover and polish.
