Has anyone ever fitted a VFIZ to an RS4?

Just recently discovered this thing, it looks the nuts.

Now it mentions it might not be compatible with our wheels/stalk or lack of radio controls, so i was wondering if anyone has dabbled ?
There is one other post mentioning it but they dont own a RS4 just the steering wheel. lol

It needs a MFSW as it detects you double pressing the MODE button, which the RS4 FBSW doesn't have.
