Hi All

Wonder if someone can give me some advise.

Whats the small rad for in front of the oil cooler on the B7 RS4.....

Any one know

Isn't that the power steering cooler?
As far as I know we have the big main rad, in front if that is the air con rad, then the oil then power steering and finally the 2 small aux rads either side.

Aux rads are for when the car gets really hot. They open up to aid the main big rad to cool the engine. Many say they are not required for the uk climate hence why removing the drivers side rad and fitting a cold air feed in its place is popular.
I thought the circuit diagram in that manual showed only one of the 2 aux rads as being temperature controlled and the other permanently in use but I always thought that both only came in to use when hot.
