Afternoon chaps.

Currently cars struggling a bit. Car struggles to go at around 3000rpm. The manifold flap position sensor is not functioning. Im getting a fault code of P2014, lower limit reached. Or code 08212. Ive already changed the vacuum solenoid which controls the flaps.

Is the part number I require 03C907386D. Is the part number the correct one?

Sorry forgot to mention, that I have tried adaption for the position sensor but am getting an error each time. So it must be caput.

Bank 1 or 2

Its bank 1. I take it, that both banks dont have the same sensor part number.

ETKA lists it as the correct part number but with the suffix B. I suspect it's been superceded by the D suffix however. And they are both the same on bank 1 and 2.

Thanks for the replies, I spoke to Audi today and the suffix D, superceded the B.

I had same issue, mine unfortunately has w worn bushing/linkage, so I pulled the flaps, left original sensors, and added coding out "flap sensors" options with the JHM tune. Was not worth cost of new manifold/bushings.

Mine was bank 2 hence intake had to come off anyways.

If I do go down the de-flapping route, would I need a kit. I will need a tune, thats a given. Im assuming the breather pipes will have to be re-routed.

If you just need the sensor I have a spare you can have. If it's bank 1 as you say it's changeable with the manifold still in place. It's a bugger of a job but it is doable. PM me if you want it.
Have you done a test on the vac system with VCDS to confirm that the flap arms are actually moving ?
