Headlight ballast

Hi guys.
Could anyone tell me where the headlight ballasts are? I think ones on its way out, drivers side headlight keeps dying, but works again when I turn the lights on and off, it's intermittent and seems to be worse in the cold. Tried new bulbs but still doing it.

Bottom of the headlights, it'sa bumper off job I'm afraid

Had the bumper off a few times now. Got it down to under ten minutes.

Mine was like a F1 pit lane after messing around with the same problem. Mine turned out to be bulbs and i am sure i have a ballast around somewhere if you become stuck for one.

I'm hoping to swap the Ballasts over by the weekend to see if it is the ballast.
If I need a ballast How much would you want for your spare Youngben?
