Sad day....how much?

Well after 5 years and 2 months of ownership, another baby on the way unfortunately means I'm having to sell my beloved RS4 to release some money for a new house.
I've loved every minute of owning this car and was really hoping to keep her till the end.
But not sure what price I should be putting it on at, and with this forum being such a fantastic resource for me over the years, I hope you can help me with some honest and unbiased opinions on what it's worth.
Here is the ad.

4 Wheel laser alignment
Undertray replaced
Worn RS4 badge and sport button on steering wheel replaced
Rear bumper strip replaced
TPMS sensors and valves replaced at 60K
Clutch switch replaced
All coil packs replaced
Bad bits:
Due to having aftermarket pads previously, which meant disconnecting the pad sensor, once or twice a month when it's cold the brake pad warning light will come on. I've lived with it due to the fact it happens so infrequently and check my pads regularly.
Also there are a couple of stone chips but nothing too bad to say the car is nearly 8 1/2 years old, and the rest of the bodywork is mint.

I'm the third owner, the previous owner pippyrips was also a member on here, so has been a forum car for 7 1/2 years.
Not interested in PX, test pilots or timewasters.
Thanks for looking!
