Having built several 400+bhp 1600cc citroen saxo / peugeot 106 engines (and 20 years with modified boosted cars before that) I consider myself relatively switched on with boost applications, albeit not on these cars obviously.
I've had a look through your photobucket and there's some seriously good fabrication going on there. the effort you're putting in is great to see. The quality of workmanship going in is very high. Well done
Obviously you have issues like ECU choice, mapping, etc to overcome but I have no doubt you'll have this working in short order. As has been mentioned though, it's very easy to make a big peak power figure, and much harder to make the area under the curve a nice place to be - especially small/part throttle openings. I really look forward to seeing how you do with this.
