There seems to be a few cars having issues after being into main dealers. Still waiting to get mine resolved once it comes back from the bodyshop. As someone has previously said 'main dealers are not RS specialists' so if their computer can't tell them what to do they're buggered.

theres a flexy pipe for the DRC its not the metal pipes that feed under the car.its probably about 40cm long that feeds into a nipple.got to audi to pick car up from service and spoke to them about it and asked to break bill down.
she said its £175 for labour and £100 for the part, plus the vat it takes it to £343??? ehhh you just said £400!!! when she typed it in to computer it came up with £400 but as you can see it doesn't so its booked in for next Friday morning at £343 lol.

The breakdown od costs probably dosen't take into account the re-gassing of the system once the pipe is changed, where as the computer probably does.

i had a right result this morning!!!I took car in this morning to have that flexy fitted and 1hr later had Tyneside audi on phone..seems that when they tried to disconnect flexy from main suspension pipe the main pipe has split or cracked so as a good will gesture they are replacing all.....yes all front suspension pipes and flexys...the bad point is as its Friday they cant get parts so wont be done till Tuesday as its a 5hr job as fuel tank has to come off but they gunna give me a courtesy car until then.the car was in for mot before i bought it off martin and the suspension pipes were down as a advisory so its a bit of a result really :biggrin3:
