I get light rubbing on the rear with SS+ suspension, no passengers, OEM wheels, 60% worn GY F1 and 10mm spacer. Only when B road bashing though but its enough for me to look at changing the rear spacer from 10mm to 8mm.

If your only rubbing in the front remove the screw that's top dead center of your fender well. This solves the issue for alot of people.

You could also always tweak your alignment a bit and add .2* of camber all round. That would give you a bit more clearance and that little amount of camber wont affect the way the car feels hardly at all. Might not be ideal but its cheaper then getting new tires!

I don't think the RS4 is camber adjustable at the front, it involves re-jigging the whole subframe.

Not sure about that. You would have thought you could tweak the RS. Mine runs KW 3's pretty low. Wouldn't that introduce some camber changes simply as a subsequence of lowering it??
It certainly wears slightly quicker on inside edges of both fronts...

I've replaced front standard tyres for the moment until I decide what to do.

Looking for some decent affordable 255 30 20.

You can buy adjustable top arms that adjust your camber. They are fixed as standard though. My camber is also out due to fitting lowering springs

+1 you can adjust toe at the front but not camber unless you have adjustable arms.

You can absolutely adjust the camber, just not a whole lot with out adjustable arms. How do you think they take the camber out after you lower the car on coil overs?

They don't, unless you fit adjustable control arms.

hmmm... maybe your right, come to think of it I fitted my adjustable arms at the same time as my suspension. I know for sure the rear is adjustable.

I run:
20" x 9" S5 alloys
KW v3 63.5mm front 64.5mm rear (ground to top of wheel arch)
Adjustable top control arms

Previous:
255.30.20 rolled arches with 5mm spacers = front arch's rubbing all over the place

Now:
235.30.20 flattened & respreayed arche's with 4mm spacers = no rubbing so far
It's been a week with some keen driving too.

On these wheels I did try 3mm spacers but the clearance with the inner edge of the caliper is so tight you can just get a piece of paper to slide in. So when racing & expanding I'm sure the caliper would hit the wheel. So I went for the extra millimetre ie 4mm.

Here's some photographs:
It doesn't look as low as before even though I had it dropped another 5mm all round when the control arms were fitted. The Back KW's are on the lowest setting for their tolerance too.
