Weird clutch pedal issue

Over the past 24 hours the clutch pedal has a rough movement and become difficult to engage gears. It never sticks at the bottom, but will come 3/4 way out and then stick. Also, you have to push the pedal right to the bottom to ensure you can engage the clutch, as soon as you move your foot up a little bit the clutch becomes engaged. I've been reading through the sticking clutch threads but my issue seems different but I'm open to suggestions! It had a new clutch about 10k ago under the previous owner

That's just what mine did, and most others I believe, it sticks must of the way out and bite point is very low, sorry to say but sounds like a knackered clutch....
