Help Needed What's Missing?

The collective knowledge is required please, can anyone tell me what is missing from the picture, should there be a bolt, bush or something else in the the 3 holes ?

Sorry I should have given more info as to its location. It's is to the right of the front suspension leg on the drivers side, just above the anti roll bar.

I think it's just the locating points that carry the shell on the jig when they're being built
