New Headlights...

Help, are all headlights the same for the B7 RS4 as my part numbers don't match either of these yet i think a few of you on here have bought and fitted unit from here. :-/

I've purchased an AFS pair from them two weeks ago, unfortunately they're currently on back order with Magneti Marelli and I should get them around the 2nd week of October.

Cheers Sam.. the part numbers they quote on the website,. did they match yours? Also not meaning to sound dumb but what does the AFS part mean?

Aha, so the adaptive lights... mine has those but the part numbers are different :-/

AFS = Adaptive front light system so the headlights which swivel when you turn the steering - I'm doing an AFS retrofit hence ordering new headlights.

They will be different part numbers as these are made by the manufacturer for distributers rather than Audi themselves. I can't really give you any more info until they arrive and I try fitting/coding them.

I want to replace my 06 adaptive lights (with custom blacked out inside) with 07 units, I take it that's a straight swap? Car already has adaptive lights.

Marty, I see no reason at all why that shouldnt be a straight swap. May need coding etc and AFS aim calibrating, but yeah straight swap...
