Few bits required for cabin?

Please can anyone help me out and advise me where I can get

1. B7 gear knob

2. The "S" button on steering wheel as severely worn

3. The "RS" logo on steering wheel at flat point.

Just wanting to tidy few minor cosmetics...

I've a gearknob in very good condition,missing a location tang but makes no difference when installed and nearly impossible to remove one without one of em giving up,kept as a spare incase I scratch the one in my own motor but a decent offer may secure it.

The button is only available as a replacement wheel trim - ie all four buttons.
Just under 200 supplied from a dealer (not including fitting)
