This isnt your usual, how many miles do you get from a tank, I dunno if I can afford it post. Ive had it 3 years, i know it eats petrol.
I ask as im doing a run from Basingstoke to Edinburgh next week, 410 miles ish, pretty much all motorway.
Im thinkin I can probably get there on 1 tank of juice as long as im not red lining it all the time, steady speed etc etc.
Whats the most anyones got out of one tank?
Im sure the mathmaticians on here could work it out, 65 litre tank, what would you need to average?
ive seen 25/26mpg on a long motorway trip to wales recently and got 330 from a tank with some mixed driving so Im thinking its do-able?

I did Fleet to Devon and back 560 miles on 1 tank of fuel, oh that's right the return leg was on a transporter back to Audi Camberley so that does not count

I don't think I could get more than 380 out of mine - it's too enticing! Nurse it and you'll be ok!

I rarely see 200. You've got no chance unless it's downhill all the way and you're ready for the most boring drive of your life. Why would you even consider something like this? Cane it and fill up a couple of times sounds much more fun

It's doable. Isn't there a button you can press gets you an extra 5 litres in also?

I have got just over 400 once but that was on a convoy with some trucks so a constant 55 for hours.

You risk drawing up all the crap from the bottom of tank trying to do that trip without stopping. Plus Scotland is full of good driving roads.
You would be mad not to come off the M74 and head for Moffat. From there follow the A701 towards Edinburgh and enjoy one of the best driving roads in the U.K.

on a long steady run - fleet -> folkstone -> bruges and back I think I got just over 300 out of a tank and that was 99% motorway driving at sensible speeds . i think 410 would be virtually impossible but happy (and impressed) to be proved wrong
