Where do l put the DVD disc?

There is a roof mounted DVD player (AV70RMM) in the back of my 2007 model.

Where do l slot the DVD disc in as l can't see anywhere obvious?

It's an aftermarket DVD player so who knows! Does it not go in the actual roof mounted bit? Have you looked up the manual? If it's a separate unit then try looking under the seats, in the gloebox or in the boot either in one of the side panels, in the spare wheel well or bolted ot the underside of the rear shelf (assuming it's a saloon). Can't think of anywhere else I'd fit one.

That model number you have given is not a DVD player it is just a monitor so no disc will go into it. Is it not wired to the headunit? Do you have an RNS-E or other headunit?

Try the sat nav DVD slot. That's beside the SD slots. There's a button to move the screen out of the way on the bottom ?right of the RNS-E

If that fails I haven't a clue.

I don't think you can use this as a video player but you can certainly get the RNS-E to play viedo from an ipod. I'm guessing this is what they have done or they installed a spearate DVD player and is either hidden or was removed before the car was sold. Follow the video wire from the screen and all will be revealed!

I took the Navigation disc out but that didn't work but thinking about it wouldn't as you'd still want Nav. whilst keeping the kids quiet in the back.

You don't need the manual now as I've already worked out it is not a DVD player.

I'd look in the side cubbies in the boot, that's where the TV unit usually goes so maybe that's where they stuck the DVD player too. You'd think they'd have put it somewhere readily accessible for changing discs mid-journey.

That will be a waste of time as the RNS-E cannot play video DVD discs (and nobody has ever hacked it so that it can, as it just doesn't have the decode hardware needed).

The most common place for an aftermarket DVD player is in the glovebox instead of the CD changer.
