I'm based in Swindon, but can travel within reasonable distance
Cheers in advance

Re: Wrapping
Marc (scaff657) and Cuppa are 2 that spring to mind that have wrapped cars so I'm sure they can give you the lowdown. I've done a bit of wrapping on my car but not the actual car itself so can't really help with costs.

Re: Wrapping
Plastidip wrap should be around £350 to £400 in standard matt. If you want something more unusual then maybe a bit more but the flip flakes are quite expensive. Try dipyourcar.com for info and same on YouTube and a guy named Fonzy will show you what can be done
Re: Wrapping
Clear or frosted satin wrap for winter. Job done.
No matter where you go, there you are.

Pw pro all the way without a doubt I did about
6 months of research before choosing who I would trust
To leave my car with and they ticked all the boxes
I'm based down in West Sussex and took the car all the way to
Mansfield. Paul the owner is a top bloke and makes you feel at home
When your there, I think the cost I paid for mine was around £1600
That's for the full wrap including mirrors and all chrome trims
Worth every penny good luck

I suspect they're a product of their own success now though as price is £2400 and they're booked up until dec

Re: Wrapping
Wow, say they knock off 4 cars a week, that's a nice little side business. How much are the consumables for car wrapping?Graeme4130 wrote:I've had a few people recommend PW proScaff657 wrote:Pw pro all the way without a doubt I did about

Re: Wrapping
They supposedly need 5 working days to do it as with them it's removing of all door handles, headlights etc, so quite a thorough job, but you're right, the material costs are probably quite small - Maybe a couple of hundred quid for the adhesive wrap and a few scalpelsbam_bam wrote:Wow, say they knock off 4 cars a week, that's a nice little side business. Re: Wrapping
Yeah but I assumed they had at least 3 bays to wrap car in... yes, you read assumed. Still, they'd be fools to not sub-let some more space given their demand.Graeme4130 wrote: They supposedly need 5 working days to do it as with them it's removing of all door handles, headlights etc, so quite a thorough job, but you're right, the material costs are probably quite small - Maybe a couple of hundred quid for the adhesive wrap and a few scalpels

If they're booked up for 5 months, then they're in demand, and although it's a skilled job, I'm sure it's not £2000 of labour if materials are, say, £400
Good luck to them, but doesn't help me if I have to wait until Dec
Will try and find out about Blue Bristol Customs as I've been recommended them by a couple of people and some guy called Yianimize or something similar to that as apparently he does all the footballers cars (whether that's a good or bad thing, I'm yet to decide)
