I've got adaptive xenon headlights can you get an LED DRL set for the B7 that are still adaptive?

The DRL is just a bulb nothing adaptive about it only the Xenon main light unit is adaptive, but yes you can get LED DRL's to fit the headlights.

Sweatyfatboy - PM 'Trups' For his DRL LED kit. http://forum.rs246.com/viewtopic.php?f=93&t=107974

You need the cancellers and the LED holder - a Trups Kit - so the LED's don't throw an error. Give the car a complete LED makeover whilst you are at it - won't regret it.

Try these as DRL's (with Trup's cancellers of course): http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231006823370? ... EBIDX%3AIT

very bright...

Good luck!

That's side lights right? DRL have a different load hence the cancellers?

I was just adding what I use for side lights to complement the DRL '05 and xenons.

I thought the OP meant an adaptive LED DRL headlight like you get on a B8, not an LED DRL bulb. If so then the last time I looked (which was probably a year or 2 ago) I couldn't find any LED sidelight / DRL to replace an OEM xenon headlamp be it adaptive or non adaptive. I could only find them for as replacements for halogen headlights. They might be available now though.

I'm not sure now either Mike... :bash:

I'm not sure now either Mike... :bash:
Well, we've covered both options now so he probably meant something completely different.

Just had a quick look and all the replacement LED headlights I saw state that they are not compatible with cars with factory fitted xenons.
