Do you mean the flat bottom RS4 wheel (with the Sport button and trip controls), or the normal B7 multi-function wheel (with volume, etc. controls)?

The RS4 wheel isn't a multi-function wheel...

Hey Lee - look at my thread here mate - should give you some useful info on steering wheels ETC

http://forum.rs246.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... ring+wheel

There are lots of trimmers ETC - there is a bespoke steering wheel service http://royalsteeringwheels.com/
Or if you want to go with more interior re-trimming Luke @ Plush Automotive is one of the best in the country

I doubt Audi would offer anything more than a replacement wheel (at full cost) but there are plenty of places who do re trimming. Google it, look for custom interiors etc.

Prices over here are crazy as its not a nice job but this guy has covered a lot of steering wheels on different forums i use and his work is spot on and i was in contact to have my own done but never went ahead. But he is fast and reliable and well priced.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AUDI-Q5-Q7-R8 ... 3cc1870087

some of his work and he can do custom choices as you will see. He will also add thickness to the wheel if you want :beerchug:

What exactly is wrong with the current wheel?

Maybe it could be refurbed, is it just that the leather looks worn?

On a separate note, but kinda related, the little rs4 badge looks worn on mine, where can I get a new one of these badges? Can audi supply just the badge for the wheel?

You can these on EBay too. I'm sure I remember a while back someone on here tried to get one through Audi and it laugh out loud silly money

I purchased the above but at a 3rd of the price and replaced my badge. Looks good as new. You have to remove the plastic part of the wheel to fit it though as it is held on my 2 retaining washers the other side of the casing.

Where did you get yours from Youngben? £33 for a tiny badge is abit much for a tiny badge

Was it difficult to take the wheel apart, is it the silver bit that comes apart?
