New rs key

Post by D6CLN » Thu May 15, 2014 2:07 am

Being a bit picky here but the little things matter :p
I find it a bit disappointing that you can spend over £100k on an r8 and still a good amount on the previous rs4 (b7) (s3s also) and get stuck a basic a1/ a3 key but you can spend half that on an s5 and get a push in or keyless dash (button only) key that actually says "s5 on it also A8 has ivory / piano black key

BUT NOW :) the RSQ3 has the same keys as the B7 rs4 still BUT with an RS BADGE on it that im guessing could be coded to an rs4

Or just get the RS emblem and put it on your RS4 key!

I thought this too, all the internals can be changed over easily, I've done it myself, if we can buy the RS shell it will be great.

It could be more motivation than required for an opportunist... and if you lose your key in a shopping center; it'd be easier to find an RS in the carpark.
No matter where you go, there you are.

I bet you'll find the RS key on more 1.8tdi keys than RS' though. Like the M badges on BMWs. Probably more 318s with M badges than M3s.
