Clunking Noises from the Rear

I've been trying to methodically eliminate as many of the noises coming from the rear quarter of the Avant as possible and, since there aren't that many B7 avants in Singapore, wanted to check with owners here what could possibly be causing noises from the rear. I've done several searches and found many previous suggestions and have tried to work through them, but the noises still persist. Any ideas?

Suspension: Have swapped to Stasis Challenge. Some associated clunking noted, but nothing severe. Will be getting mechs to recheck installation and torque values.

Bushings: Anything in the rear that could contribute?

ARB: Still on stock. Is it necessary to replace ARB bushings and/or rod ends as part of standard maintenance schedules?

Stereo components: Have Audi Symphony II + Bose. Is anything prone to loosening/dislodging itself to cause intermittent rattling?

Luggage Screen: Already removed.

Boot Lid: Noticed several plastic components covering the hinges etc. etc. Anyone had issues with these?

Rubber stoppers on boot lid: These were replaced in pairs (i.e. with the corresponding end near the rear tailights).

Rear seats: Does anything need to be tightened?

Rear Seat belt mounts: Any known issues?

Did i miss anything? Apologies for the haphazard long list, but really want to rectify as many of these as possible to enjoy the car to its fullest. Even the Millteks can't cover the creaks and rattles, and i cannot afford another, louder exhaust.
