My Sprint Blue Saloon

Hi,

Well I purchased my RS4 at the end of March, after months of browsing on here and many other Audi related sites, originally I was looking for a B8 S4 but the B7 RS4 was always there in the back of my mind. In the end I went with my heart rather than my head and we'll see how that works out!

When I picked up the car it had covered 41,282 miles and was standard apart from KW V3's. Spec is Sat Nav, Buckets, FBSW, Carbon trim, rear sun blinds.

I don't have too many mods planned. I've already fitted spacers and LED's, future mods might include exhaust, filter and map. Sounds about as much as you do with an RS4 besides SC, but not a lot compared to my previous cars, one of which is below.

My 1990 Fiesta Zetec Turbo - 400+bhp

Also had a Revo stage 2 2008 Focus ST3, which was actually pretty rapid at around 300bhp.

Here are a few pics of the RS4 so far.

LED's arrived thanks Trups

All done and spacers on...8mm all round per Virdee's advise as I like it quite low.

Need to get some decent pictures in the daylight soon.

Thanks for looking.

Great colour choice. My first rs4 was sprint blue.
That fiesta must have been mental. Wheel spin in 4th gear or even 5th?

Cheers, that's the first thing people say when they see it, "ooooh I like the colour"! Hard to take a decent picture of it though.

Fiesta was nuts, that's why I got rid, before I killed myself in it. I was running a GT3076r turbo so once that kicked in I had to wrestle it in to a straight line! Had a Quaife box in it for a while too, loved the sound of that.... http://youtu.be/pMOldU9B40Y

Lovely moody shots in the dark! Perfect mod number one - Trups LEDs!

Enjoy!

Whoops, ok...next best thing I suppose.

Sprint blue is great, eye catching but not vulgar. 8)

Looks like there's a couple of women in burkas in the front seats of that Fiesta.

I ordered all the LED kits from Trups before I had my RS4 - grab a cuppa and work through the car - all very easy and the benefits are massive - it transforms the car.

These were my October 2013 prices form him - they may have changed:

DRL kit is £35
Sidelight kit is £11
fogs in ice white are £10
interior kit for cars with buckets are £59, cars without are £65.
numberplates are £15

Message 'Trups' on here for a list of what you want and he'll cost it accordingly. A whole car is £100+ (DRLS, interior, exterior etc.) but he'll price it up for you. It's a must mod... good luck!

After attending the box hill meet a few weeks ago, I felt like I was the only B7 owner that didn't have a CAF! In truth I'd already ordered it as noticed a very slight drip fom the drivers side aux rad.

After reading the guide on here I went about fitting it this weekend and I'm very pleased with the results. Relatively straightforward bumper removal and fitting.

Went for this revotec kit...

No durIng pics but here it is fitted...

Sound improvement is massive, guess this is because I deflapped the air box.

Been trying to keep it clean and adding to my collection of detailing gear.

Thanks for looking.

Went for the 89mm kit, fits pretty snug in the grill.

Nice work on the CAF  gives a much better induction noise doesn't it.

If I am correct I parked opposite your car today and noticed the CAF mod - David lloyd Worthing parked in front the tennis courts by any chance :?:

If It was your car it looked in mint condition
