Fastest PES M90 RS4 1/4 mile (in great DA) - Kryptonik 12.65 @ 110.6 MPH (he also had full Milltek exhaust which is a virtual stock replica so not likely to add anything).
How fast would you be in the same M90 car?

Sounds lush, BTW.
No matter where you go, there you are.

Similar. The driver (kryptonik) did a good job. He launched well. I think I'd make uo a little time and speed on shifting though.

The m90 unfortunately doesn't deliver much more cfm than a well running stock rs4. Maybe 40 hp

Here's his run. 45 fahrenheit (8 Celsius) ambient temps and track is at sea level. Density altitude would have been around -1000 feet.. ..or better.

The JHM down pipes alone are $1300 approx £785 on today's rate + shipping which is not too bad considering the Miltek price just over a grand,

I will know in a week or two as will take it to the stealers to remove my faulty sensor

Have you kept the 4 x o2 sensors ? With your JMH system?
Yes I have all 4 o2 sensors.

They control long term fuel trims. I would not eliminate them or leave them dead. Just replace them. Rears are easy to do and are about 50 quid on eBay.

PS JHM is having a fairly large sale on right now according to this. Contact them and ask what the exhaust deal is.

Having tried removing bank 1 sensor 2 with no luck at all

Firstly, having SS+ and a carbon splitter it's a nightmare getting the car high enough

Tried using a gas torch to heat it up, but it was having none of it

Took it to a local garage to remove the sensor, they did not want to take it out for fear of damaging the the Milltek down pipe

Now looks like a job for the stealers and a chance to test out my warranty, so might add another big job that needs doing to it

Car runs fine apart from stuttering till it's warmed up

Good luck if you have milltek downpipes (warranty wise).

Why didn't he want to remove it? Are they crumbling or something? We've seen some shocking quality issues from milltek over the years. Always wondered if it was our winters etc.

Yes mate very rusty around the the thread boss, may well just break off

No was not thinking off the Milltek warranty, my car is covered by warranty direct how it would stand with the stealers doing the work? Ie I tell them the O2 sensor has gone open circuit, when they attempt to remove it and snaps? Would I have to supply the Milltek down pipes?

Do Audi fit the Milltek as an upgrade when ordering a new car?

Not sure about these things yet, as away at the mo and need to check my car spec when the car was purchased when new from Audi, as I have the original paperwork

That's what I meant... They likely will balk at the warranty claim due to the downpipes being non-audi

Audi's stance on non-audi parts is none of them qualify. They also have no aftermarket support 'officially'.

Their stance is the only performance improvement company approved to improve audis under audi warranty is quattro gmbh

If that's the case and have to replace the down pipes I will then move to the JHM catted big bore pipes with the reducers to mate up with the Milltek

Will keep you posted and thx for the advice

For an economical option consider stock downpipes with the precats gutted. The stock downpipes are 2.61" and only taper down to 2.36" right at the end where they mate up with stock cutback (which is also 2.36)

Milltek is 2.5 all around I believe. Smaller than stock on the downpipes for some reason. Hurts performance.

Does gutting the pre cats make it louder again? I am currently running a non res which at times is a touch loud, so do nt want any more db's

Fitting the JHM big bore down pipes helps the car breath better, And between the Uk price for replacement Milltek down pipes verses the JHM's there's not a lot in it,

A little louder for sure. No louder than milltek downpipes though.

Here's me vs. A friend. He has same exhaust as me... Jhm with cats. He also has Jhm tune (remap) and Jhm lightweight rotors and flywheel. He crushed me all day.

My best was 12.51@110.5
His best was 12.21@113.4
