Hitchin Audi - good service

RS in for AVS service yesterday with Hitchin Audi.

Good points:
- Service booking done through a quick responding and knowledgeable individual who has been with the dealership for over 10 years - Julie.
- They were happy for me to supply plugs and Oil, saving around £250.00
- I was given a brand new (14 miles on the clock) A4 S-Line Black edition as a courtesy car.
- Time spent in the dealer total - 35 mins, which included checking the car and paying.
- No faults found, no 'extra's' pushed upon me, and 2 calls during the day to confirm I had deliberately removed the rear box vacuum lines to keep the valves open, and had I supplied my own new oil filter and sump plug.

Bad points:
- Really minor - my private plate was still on their system against an S4 Avant I owned in 2005, but then I have not used Hitchin Audi since selling that car, so an easy mistake.

Can't fault them otherwise and for £276.00 I will use again.

Hitchin have been superb to me following a recommendation by forum member Malcolm, at the time a C5 RS6+ owner. I've had two AVS + BFS done by Hitchin who have been superb all round. The family Sportback has also been into them too

just wanted to +1 Hitchin Audi. EXCELLENT service from them last week for me. They must be sick of the sight of RS4's now though!
