Has anyone had there bolster repaired or re-trimmed... if so any before and after pics please
Mine has some slight wear to the inside and outside of the bolster - drivers seat...
Booked in to get it re-trimmed and all the leather treated to take the shine away..

Are you sure it's a retrim & not a repair? Not heard of someone doing a retrim on a small area like a bolster before, cool

As you can see my drivers seat was in a worn state.. both lower and upper bolster were shot...
Seat has had upper and lower bolster re-trim and re padded... some slack taken out of the base... im happy with the end result.. had to bare in mind that it will take a while for the new leather to look a bit worn against the old....

That looks a lot better, they look to have done a good job
Who did the repair for you & now much did they charge you if you don't mind me asking

side bolster just needs painting (no actual damage just worn a bit)
thigh bolster is a bit shiny and a tiny bit of the stitching has worn away
bottom is a bit saggy (seat not mine!) and probably needs some slack taking out.
thats a very good turnaround 8am - 2pm ! I had days in mind (and having to send seat off somewhere)

Great work and great photos. Can we get details on who did the work and how much please? Mine are worn and the seat a bit saggy too.

yeah sure.... Auto-trim in manchester did the work £300 .. upper and lower bolster re-trim, upper and lower bolster re-padded also...Some slack taken out of the base....
this is how bad the bolster was and needed the re-trim.. A quick leather paint would not have done the job....
