v8 badges

anyone on here have the v8 badges on the front wings near the side repeaters? if so any chance of a pic! been thinking off adding some as can get the proper ones from germany for about£50 now. was it a factory option?

Does the exhaust note not tell people it's a V8
The V8 badges always make me think S4

Agreed they were a B7 S4 thing and reminds me of "badge engineering" just like the later G60 Corrados had a Supercharged badge but the early ones just said G60. Unless you are trying to impress members of the general public I don't think it needs V8 on the wings, and if you really care what the general public think of your car then I would have thought a NOS badge on the back would work better.

I put a couple of them on my motah when I bought it - they lasted about 3 months and I took em off - deffo not needed IMO

Just apply a little heat from a heat gun to soften the glue should come off easily - clear up and residual glue with paraffin or isopropyl alcohol.

Hey Rocket1, coffee555 is totally right, my Daytona did come to me with V8 badges under the side repeaters. Will take a pic or two for you tomorrow once it's light again
