Chaps
Im looking to try out some spacers in order to give Mr T a wider stance. I know that most have gone for 10mm on the rear and 8mm on the front. Has anyone actually gone 10mm all round and if so can the supply a pic and also advise if there has been any adverse effect with steering wobble?
Thanks guys
Louie

I've actually got 15mm on the rear and 10mm on the front! Lowered on h&r springs! Looks just right! Gives a nice wide ass!

Thanks Cal, I like the sound of that! Any pics bud?
Have you had any wheel wobble issues with the front 10mm spacers? Also what's ya ride height from ground to centre of wheel arch?

Only got pics with only the rears on here as haven't took any new ones yet! No wobble at all and never actually measured the ride height but I know the springs drop them around an inch and a half lower! Looks just right tbh. Considering the difference in price compared to coilys!

CheeRS Cal Looks good dude!
One last thing are you running standard 255/35 and if so what make? I ask as mine was fitted with P-Zeros and I know these have a fairly large wall so just want to make sure I'll be OK. I have removed the front inner arch bolts so am all set!
Thanks for your help dude

Spacers, no matter what the size, will not give you any wheel wobble

Louie - you should be fine with 10mm and pirelli's - its the Good Years that can be a little troublesome. I run 8MM all round but my car is pretty low with GY ASSM 2 [255's] - I dont have any stability issues with the KWV3 setup - just make sure the hub/wheel surface is good and clean/true with no Hammerite on the surfaces!

One of the main reasons why "we" run 8mm up front initially with certain tyre makes was so that it dint fail a MOT, as some brands was rubbing on the arch liner.
As above, you should not get any wheel wobble with hub-centric spacers, I have seen the shim type spacers been put on incorrectly causing it to be off set, this will cause the wobble. Also if you have nay dirt stuck between the face of the spacer (or wheel) will cause the wheel to wobble. I have personally seen this happen to the point where the wheel actually fell off and rolled up the road.

Hi guys
Thanks for all your responses and help on this. Some good pointers (Kev I'll loose the Hammerite)

and Sonny (I'll ensure the faces are spotless)
Have purchased 10mm for fronts and 15mm for rears. These will be with me on Tuesday so will fit and report back ensuring Rule 1 is followed
