Normal engine temp. Oil and water

I have noticed my car feels very hot when it is running. What is normal? My oil temp reads high 95+ and around 90 for the water. Is this normal? I can feel hot air coming out from under the lights and under the front arches.

Anything under 105 oil temp and you are not driving it properly !! 95 is fine for oil, as is 90 water temp..

My oil runs around 97 during summer on normal driving, went up to 114c on a lap round the ring. Sprinted road driving will see 107c

That's good. It's very rarely above 100 so I'm glad it's fine.

Only had it done in June. It's normally below 100 in normal driving conditions ha

I've seen mine in the upper 120's, mine is also seldom under 100..
Now I don't get to drive it that often when I do its spirited. Not sure if any will stay under 100 when pushed a little...

my oil temps usually around the 100 mark and after a spin the whole front of the car is warm/hot for a good few hours. you can feel the heat coming out!

108 spirited driving 103 on fast runs home and town is about 98-100 summer driving

Interestingly, I'm a week into having a fresh oil change and I've noticed that my oil operating temps have risen by about 5ยบ. Whether that's down to a different oil brand or just fresh oil, I have no idea.

That's strange fella..what oil you running at the mo?..I noticed a couple of degrees drop when I changed from castrol to Titan/ Fuchs..it also seems to cool down to normal operating temp quicker as well after a spirited blast...

Yeah I thought it strange too.
I supplied Audi with 10L of Fuchs Titan GT1 to put in there, I've no idea what was in the engine before as dealers will just spot market buy in bulk. It does warm up and cool down marginally quicker though. one to monitor me thinks?
