It is with a heavy heart I dropped my car off at Pickwick Performance for him to place on sale for me SOR.

It was not an easy thing to do but a change in circumstances forced this quick (but I hope temporary) decision.

I have for a while been looking to move into an Avant so when I return to the fold hopefully it will be a B8.

Will continue to drop by and join in the banter.

+2 I found my 35 mile test drive in a B8 RS4 quite underwhelming. T'was a basic spec mind you. I think that it would have been a different matter with the essential Sport Pack

Just a little update as I am still hanging around keeping up to date on the goings on.

My RS4 is still for sale but may be off to a new owner soon.

Bought myself a cheap jeep to take on this Artic winter the forecasters are saying we have coming.

Was a bit of a minger when I got her but 4hrs with the detailing kit brought her up to standard.

Anyone owned one before an can share any advice.

Saying that I do like the Shogun Sport. I'd ditch the nasty chrome front wrap thing going on there though

It'll defo be a huge shock moving from the RS4 to this...no more effortless overtaking moves!

Surprised me a bit, she's not the slouch I expected on the test drive.

Not bothered by the chrome myself, no plans to spend any big cash modding.

So far costs stand at £14.99 for some rubber mats from Argos.

Still hanging around, I ditched the Mitsi after 2 months and 3 breakdowns, got full refund from dealer.

Just picked up this week a Phantom Black Q5 2.0Tdi 177 S-Tronic S-line Plus wife has always wanted one. Plan is I can chop in the A3 for a B8 RS4 once prices come down below £40k.



Still been keeping up in the background, sent some business Trups way from Q5 forum.
