The Adventure with Mr T begins

Post by Firestarter » Mon Aug 19, 2013 6:00 am

Morning guys
Well Finally the day has arrived. Today I collect my RS4 (Mr T) :biggrin3:  :kissmyrings:

I have a taxi picking me up at 07:30 to take me to the station and my journey up to Macclesfield begins. I'm taking my laptop and mobile broadband dongle so will add to this thread during the journey. Im going to use this thread to document my adventure with the car and will post pictures and add text at the various stages of ownership together with updating on the progress of mods etc.

I want to say thanks to all the chaps who have provided advice and help over the past month since I joined the forum. Your a great bunch and your help and advice has been invaluable and allowed me to gain a sound knowledge of the RS4.

Right I am going for some breakfast, then will start to get ready and wait for the taxi to collect me.

Enjoy the ride, at least you'll have a decent road trip home. When i picked mine up it was only 10 miles away so i had to just nip up to the Cairngorm Mountains for a real 1st drive, it was awesome.

Looking forward to following the updates......

Latest and Greatest

Have landed at Euston and now filling me face with some breakfast as didn't eat before leaving home. :bash:

Next part of the adventure is the 10:00 from Euston to Macclesfield arriving at 11:41. I took the option of going first class (rude not to :biggrin3:) so will no doubt be greeted by a sexy blonde who is willing to keep me "satisfied" during the journey :bigblink: Well it is Virgin...........oh fcuk its a train not a plane :biggrin2:

Stay Tuned for more on this "epic adventure"
