Now off to buy cheap Hoover
Has it completely given up the ghost or is it just the thermal cutout. Mine kept going every 15 mins or so, but leave it 20 mins and would be back again.

Right I'm 6/8 done !
Is the normal bit of oil here !! In the manifold Is it the oil / cooling system breather separator faulty ???

Just back from hols. Yeah, the layer of oil in manifold is to be expected.

It should go out after a little while of driving.

Or you have a vak leak on her. Look under the front carbon fiber cover where they join up you have put the pipe back on?

first time I did it i left of one of the manifold flap position sensors. That lit up my EML. I'd lay money on a vac line or an unplugged flap sensor. I've had the manifold off 4 times in total and only had the light on the once.
