Hi rsslim,

Not an answer to your issue i'm afraid but i've just picked my RS4 up in the last few days and turned the Air-Con on for the first time and i too have a problem with mine (Not good as i'm on a monster road trip down to Cornwall :FIREdevil: ). The econ mode light is on permanently and i'm unable to clear it, plus there is no air-conditioning because of it being stuck in that mode. I'm off to get it re-charged first thing this morning in hope that it's a lack of pressure that's being sensed that's the fault. If it's not that i'll be looking elsewhere to find the fault. How did you identify that your pressure sensor was at fault?

Hope you get an answer to your query...

I had the same fault on my car for a while. Had the system re-charged only for the light to come back on a day later. Turns out there was a leak on the pipe where it enters the dryer unit, right underneath a mounting bracket. The garage had added a dye to find the leak but they never noticed it until they removed the front bumper.

Good luck!

I had a re-gas carried and the technician told me the car had twice as much refrigerant in the system than it should. Re-gassed to the correct level and no change. Turned out to be a pressure sensor fault, replaced and all is perfect now thankfully in this warm spell! :jump_clap:
