Ta Ta RS4

Post by Girv101 » Sat Jun 01, 2013 10:02 pm

After 3 years of trouble free and proud ownership I had to say goodbye to my beloved 07 Black RS4 Avant.
After a recent dealership service they informed me that within the next few months the discs, pads and tyres would need to be replaced....at a cost of £3.5K. After much deliberation I decided to say bye bye and have moved into an 18 month old Sepang Blue with white leather 4.2 V8 S5. Different drive as Tiptronic box but equally good, slightly more refined feeling and a lot quieter without the non res Milltec....for now! I've attached a couple of snaps of the S5.
Thanks for all your advise, tips and info. :bigwave:

LOL, you cold always leave a brown towel on the bottom of the seat if you had a loose sphincter.

That looks fantastic, I'm on the cusp of ordering a new B8 RS4 in Sepang, but have been deliberating on leather colour. Would you mind telling me the official audi leather colour in your S5?

Matthew
Not sure as to official colour as the dealership advertised it mistakenly as black nappa! May be light silver but I'll confirm later.
Thanks for the comments, I was unsure about the Sepang but glad I went for it, even looks good dirty!
