Haven't you asked this several times now?!
With the greatest of respect you're not going to get an answer on a forum Jamie. I've frequented car forums for nearly 9 years now and all you're going to get is hear say, gossip and ooooh's and errr's (no offence intended) - especially with a smoking engine!!
Although I'm new to RS246, I can see that there are lots of experienced owners here that are very knowledgable but all they can do is speculate over what could be something simple or something serious.
Your car is smoking and it could be countless causes. The only way to get it sorted is worked on by a specialist, no one here can realistically help or fix it for sure!

I have had blue smoke on startup for the last 2.5 years, into Audi main dealers, replaced plugs, tried fuel cleaners etc etc, even had recent conversations with Audi technical.
Long and the short from all is that it is is an occasional trait of these cars and you live with it.
Check the oil level regularly, try to keep it close to minimum. Us VPower, not Tesco home brew and let the car warm up before opening the taps.

as long as oil consumption is not excessive and you don't have oil on the plugs or in the coolant, don't sweat it
since the engines are so high rev'ing tolerances are probably a bit loose until everything gets hot
mine does it, seems to be fuel more than oil
if I've been idling in traffic, first time I boot it I get a puff

If I don't drive mine and just pull it out the garage and back in again, the next time I start it, it smokes for a few seconds - All I keep thinking is all of that oil gathering in the galleys, oil ways and valves, so I usually take it for an unnecessary spin!
Jesus aren't they rich on choke too? It's almost neat fuel coming out the back of it until its warmed up.
OP - Just get it looked at, you could be screwing it more every time you drive it!!
