Is it really worth saving the money? Christ you have ceramic brakes man! Treat them with the respect they deserve and give them OEM or OEM plus quality pads

But at the moment nobody knows if TRW is good or bad quality

I think the suggestion is this ... If the pads aren't right and your brakes don't work, then stopping could be "difficult" and a big accident might result.
Gone: 2006 B7 RS4 Avant (Phantom Black)

lol
As long as TRW is OEM supplier for Audi I think it should be OK or at least I still have rear pads ...
Thanks PetrolDave for the details, I thought I was wrong when I naturally had the wikipedia definition in mind ... but not !!
Will keep you in touch ... so that you can save some £££

What's suddenly made these OEM? Googling the part number brings this thread up as the number one hit -which is a worry
I think you are utterly insane if you fit these without better research than a quick poll of "will these scratch my disks"

Not specifically for RS4 / RS5 / R8 ceramic but for normal road cars as A3 - A4 ...
TRW is said to be quality products.
