I will check the part numbers and price of these RS caliber signs.

I also did modify my exhaust pipes. I used 2014 RS4 B8 tips:

Cheers Rob for checking this for us.

Is it just that the oval is bigger than the B7s?

That would be really great if you could get those part numbers.

What model RS were they from as I've just had a quick check and can't find it listed for 2013 RS5's or RS4's?

That's a great help Rob, thank you.

Did the metal clip inserts come with the RS cover kit or did you get them seperately?

Each kit includes 1 RS cover and 2 metal clips.

I have a company that sells original VAG parts so I ordered it from our supplier. These are a bit pricy..around 40e/each in Finland where I live.

If they are genuine RS4 wheels then spigot rings will be required (57.1mm to 66.6mm centre bore).
And they are the same size as OEM B7 wheels but with an offset of ET26 (obviously an inch bigger too). This makes them sit in the same position as OEM wheels with a 3mm spacer. So if you went with 255/30/20 tyres and wanted the 8mm/10mm spacer look then you'd need 5mm spacers on the front and 7 on the rear.

Using spigot rings yes.

As above mentioned the size of the rims is 20"x9", et35 (66,6 centre bore(. Using 11mm spacer at front and 17mm at rear.
So this equivalents et 24 & 18.

Tyre size is 235/35-20 Pilot Super Sport (same diameter as 265/30-20)

There rims are aftermarket with surprisingly high finishing quality (also the hub caps) and nice concave.

Here a pic taken in my garage..showing nicely the RS fender shape:
