From the concerned reply I'd imagine these guy's are the actual HEL dealers. I did have a quick look on the net but couldn't find and other cases of incorrect lines bring supplied. I'm not looking to cause a stir but if there more cases of incorrect lines being supplied I would defiantly highlight it to these guy's. After all, the potential impact of certain distributors getting it wrong again is too serious to worry about upsetting as few people.
Right spoken to a guy called Ben Viner this morning he is concerned as you say and is checking what is going on in the workshop and is going to send me out replacements to sort the problem today. Great service as expected just hope that they sort it for future buyers as not all home mechanics would think to check but a company should highlight the problem of fitting for you but there's risk of that not happening too!

It's not the first case as above the pictures I have provided were found on google images and found instances where people had made the 90 bend just like I have and the picture above of the correct hose is what told me i had the wrong one! Just hope the people who adjusted to fit just like I had found the problem before driving the car :(

Thanks for keeping me upto date on your hoses and will update with the new ones when there here tomorrow hopefully :)

Yup gopro hero 2 motorsport edition with suction mount on rear bumper! there was a lot more noise than expected in the middle of the 2 pipes but it still sounds awesome! may try a different location next time! shame you cant hear the airbox as that was sounding amazing last night too!!

Will be cleaning, De-flap and porting this over the coming weeks ready to fit in the new year along with a de-coke then a trip the MRC to Finnish the car off on stage 2 remap!

My car seems to have generated a stutter/missfire within the first few mins on cold start in this weather when driving then it clears and if faultless! Has anyone experienced the same?
