Yes, he has updated his advert as it turns out it has adaptive lights but not sports suspension, apparently its his own car.

he runs a service centre in Brighton and sells tyres etc as well, nice car but the tyres that come with it are not well known, however he offered me 4 new tyres with the car at cost price, aye ok then.

seems genuine but something is putting me off as all his replies were all different fonts etc, as if he has cut and pasted from things.

says there are 4 people intrested so it should sell quickly. my heart says yes but head is stopping me.

Super Sports Suspension - see build sticker in front of history book, 2ME is the one, 2MC is standard.
Adaptive Headlights - standard on pre facelift cars but became an option on post facelift. As above check for 8Q5 which is Adaptive Xenons and 8Q3 is standard Xenons.

I'd walk. He owns a tyre place and then fits some 'ditch finders' onto the car when he could have put something reasonable at cost price on! If he's skimped there, where else has he decided to economise or not do anything when looking after the car?

Cars of that mileage and colour are 10 a penny, don't fall for the sales patter. The only desirable aspect of the cars spec which would be harder to find is the Sunroof. It will only be the right price, if there’s not any big bills looming around the corner - just tyres and brakes all around would take the car towards £22k, I'd probably look to sell my Black one for circa 23k when I'm finished, that has 62k on the clock and is near identical in spec.

No sam your right, just had warning signs all over it, how many times has trader adverts say, its my personal car, yeah ok

i would love to get Sync (sp) car but i prob wont start looking again till after summer, problem is having owned one before you are constantly looking and using the old Man Maths trying to justify it,lol

lol Don't you just love the bitter tasting, so called deal sweeteners. You're right about the traders personal car too, nearly as bad as the 'fully loaded' phrase they love to roll out when it has one or two extra's over standard.
