Yeah it has been a while since I got it, to be honest I was never in a hurry to turn it around with the solid residuals they have. It needed a number of little bits sorting on it before I felt comfortable selling it; so I've just been tinkering around with those, as and when I have the free time.
Fair play to you mate. Can't say I blame you. Not sure we've ever seen any pictures of the phantom. Your Sprint blue one frankly looks stunning and I have seen how good your camera skills are with those fighter jets, so... Go on, give us a treat. Pictures of the pair together.

The date showing on the dash is before the car was built! Also i don't really know how they have added up £10,000 worth of optional extras
Otherwise it looks like a clean example

 Thanks Marc. Once spring starts to take hold, I'll get on it as everything is still a bit brown and not in leaf yet.

When power is disconnected the clock defaults to 2006 if I remember correctly.

In regards to the car, it looks ok at face value but worth checking all the usual areas like brakes, suspension leaks etc. New steering wheel badge will be about £75 as it only comes as part of the silver trim, you can modify a later badge to fit but they're still £40. It certainly doesn't have 10k worth of extra's over another RS4 though, A4 perhaps.

Extra's which I can see are - RNS-e Navigation, auto lights, auto wipers, dimming rear view mirror, centre armrest, black optics, privacy glass and electric sunroof. Non cost options are Bucket seats, Flat bottom steering wheel, Carbon trim, Black headlining.

Specification to check:

Super Sports Suspension - see build sticker in front of history book, 2ME is the one, 2MC is standard.
Adaptive Headlights - standard on pre facelift cars but became an option on post facelift. As above check for 8Q5 which is Adaptive Xenons and 8Q3 is standard Xenons.
Sepang Blue B8 RS4, MY14, All option packs, B&O, Adv Key, Adapt Cruise, Pan Roof, Akrapovic Titanium Exhaust, + more.
Previous - Sprint Blue B7 RS4 Avant, Ceramics, Sunroof, SS+, Buckets, FBSW, Bluetooth, 2010+ RNSe
Previous - Phantom Black B7 RS4 Avant, Black Optics, Titan pack, SS+, Buckets, FBSW

Correct, when the battery is disconnected then reconnected it defaults to something like 2006 (might even be 2005). The photo I saw in the link above must have been updated as it has today's date now.

Full-time job and crap weather means no pictures yet. However, as you insatiable lot insist on invoking Rule 1, here's some pictures taken by the guy I bought it from.

By the way, it goes like stink and when floored with the valves open, it sounds like the gates of Hell have just opened! Why the hell I didn't buy one years ago is beyond me.
