I was merely saying that it broadens the option range.
Plus I think there is quite a substantial difference in cost for a simple wire and a connector (sensor) .
I know you weren't duud, the choice is betwen a manufacturer that offer wear sensors and one that doesn't. I would have Ferrodo in a heart beat if they did even if they are OTT for what usages I give them but EBC aren't bad pads at all, if they were they wouldn't sell surely.

I assume you mean the DS2500.

Are they just better for road use, or have you also used them on track?

Do they adversely affect disc life?

Thanks

Well the EBC yellowstuffs fit exactly, although for those fitting rears beware that unlike the fronts, the antisqueel strips are not already attached (come in a spearate bag in the box, hint to read instructions first!). I have fitted mine without them although coppper greased the outer faces instead and will see how it goes.

Will keep you posted on how they perform, have yet to bed them in properly.

How long did it take to change the pads, is it a easy job?

Good to hear, was a bit concerned after supplying the part numbers! Very efficient fitting too, had intended to do mine today, but got sidetracked by rugby on TV..... Maybe tomorrow!?

Took about 3 hours in total to do oil and filter change, change pads all round and front disks. The rears will be the difficult one as you need a tool to wind the piston back in to fit it back on across the disk and pads but the pads themselves have plenty of space, probably slighty thinner than stock Pagids.
