I was in a similar situation a few year ago when a Subaru sti I bought spat its bottom end all over on me, stick to you guns and take no sh!t
In the end the threat of me camping outside his forecourt warning would be customers was enough for the dealer to sort oUt an engine rebuild...

Hmmmm what a read imo I would defo have got legal advice first them most likely parked the car back to the dealer forcort cause all the trying to find the issue I wasting time and frankly not your problem to add I would want my money back cause no way would I trust him now ask your self what else has he hidden from you .
