Rolling Road Day @ AmD Essex

Having spoken to AMD today, they would rather run the car 2wd as the dyno will work better, 4wd in the R8 makes the graph jump all over the place apparantly. Im happy as it does prevent the diff oil overheating on more than a run or two so better safe than sorry.

The guys said they'd get on it 1st thing as have to get it up in the air and disconnect the prop, then whe ready, will slot it in amongst the B7's!

So, looks lke I won't be 1st but still need an early run as need to get back for the afternoon in Brighton.

Looking forward to hearing it all tomorrow!

When I spoke to amd about it a while ago,they said they would really only want to do it that way..don't mind moving further up the order if that helps..

Can safely say trying to clean it today, has gone for a burton it's pissing down..only plus is weather is suppose to be better tomorrow... but I won't be winning any prizes for cleanest motor...

Mines in a right state Jase - so yo u aint alone - what really pissed me off today is that I had the car in for fresh fluids and the garage fcuked up and didn't get the filter in time - still running oil post SPA and she deserves some fresh stuff before tomorrow .....
