Yeah mines got 1gb of ram which is fine but I do wish I could add more and I like the idea of the new units.

On searching recently found Android 5.1 with

XTrons android pf75aa4ar

These seems same or similar to those on eBay.

Bit more pricier and not android but seems fit like oem
