Have you read the "Terrible morning" post ?

Could you explain how the law works regarding MPH over the limit ?

I was told you have to be more than twice over the speed limit (except on a motorway) to get more than 3 points and a £60 fine.

I'd like to know about the court guidelines...if there are any...

On another note, it looks like everyone who lives in Aberdeen is involved in Oil and Gas. I've seen a couple of RS4s going about - do any of you drive a black coupe and waved to me at the Esslemont Avenue/Leadside road junction recently?
