i think i met her, and had the same feeling. When I declined an offer from a salesperson in Stafford Audi on an RS4, she got a right monk on to the point where I just wanted to smack her in the grid for being so blatantly disinterested. I'm sure they must think we're morons!
came to the RS4 from a series of M beemers M3 then M5, the BMW dealership in Crewe were great with good service and great staff. for 6 years i was invited to numerous track days and car launches, and made to feel special and valued as a customer.
Audi however couldnt be more different, since owning the RS4 i have been totally ignored by them despite going into the dealership pre R8 launch and making a point of asking if there was a chance of an invite to the launch and asking for details on the car as i was considering a change, not one single person from stoke audi bothered with me, not one shred of interest in caring for the customer post sale.
the RS is 3 yrs old in March and at end of the contract and they called me on thu last week "hey Mr Jackson we notice your car is due for a change, how would you like to come in and discuss your new model" well they can feck off tbh looks like i will be trying our a new merc or possibly back to BMW where they at least seem to give a damm after spending my ££, someone said money talks, well my money walks ! to a dealer who gives the impression of after sales care.
